⚖️ Absolute Legal Compliance Expectation: Self-Service Auctions operates purely as an unmoderated peer-to-peer software venue. All participating Users (both Buyers and Sellers) are individually, jointly, and exclusively responsible for researching, identifying, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, codes, and ordinances. This encompasses licensing rules, asset transfer limits, sales tax remittance, environmental disposals, and item restriction mandates.

🚫 Stripe Prohibited Items & Merchant Underwriting Policy: Under our global card network rules and financial processing agreements, the use of this platform to list, market, host, catalog, or process payment transfers for any of the following asset categories is strictly prohibited under any circumstances:

Firearms & Weapons: Handguns, rifles, shotguns, silencers, ammunition, structural component parts, or explosive devices.
Prescription Drugs: Controlled substances, medical narcotics, restricted medical devices, unsealed supplements, or online pharmaceutical displays.
Alcohol & Tobacco: Retail liquor varieties, unpasteurized arrays, tobacco leaves, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, or vapor hardware systems.
Hazardous Materials: Volatile industrial chemicals, fireworks, explosives, flammable fuels, or toxic environmental waste arrays.
Counterfeit Goods: Intellectual property copyright clones, knockoff luxury apparel, replicas, or consumer assets officially recalled by safety regulatory agencies.
Live Wildlife: Live animals, pets, endangered species derivatives, hide items, protected flora, or traditional taxidermy assets.
Controlled Substances: Cannabis varieties, industrial hemp extracts, high-potency CBD compounds, or structural illicit drug manufacturing instruments.
Digital Contraband: Pirated software applications, security cracking codes, software keys, account directories, or digital database file collections.

Processing Enforcement Action: Any account attempting to manifest or process transaction fields for these restricted entries will face immediate, permanent processing suspension by Stripe Core Systems. All pending auction escrow payouts across all live catalogs will be immediately frozen by the underwriting network bank.

1. Nature of the Software Service

SelfServiceAuction.com is an automated software utility engineered by Darr Web Solutions. The platform provides a secure web environment, dynamic proxy-bidding scripts, and payment split routines allowing independent users to transact locally. We are not professional auctioneers, liquidators, or retail entities. We do not inspect, handle, verify, or warrant any physical assets listed on the platform directory sheets.

2. Irrevocable Seller Commitments

By compiling an asset catalog manifest and executing the public "Publish" command loop inside our manager consoles, Sellers enter into an irrevocable, legally binding agreement to convey item ownership to the highest authenticated bidder upon the conclusion of the automated closing countdown wall, unless a set hidden Reserve Floor Value remains unmet.

Sellers warrant that they hold unencumbered title ownership over all listed items and that every item is cleared for legal transfer within the venue's local jurisdiction framework.

3. Legally Enforceable Buyer Contracts

Placing an authorized proxy bid constitutes an absolute contract offer. In the event your profile holds the high bid configuration when the lot clock hits zero, your bid transitions into a legally enforceable purchase agreement. Failure to clear unified master invoices or complete local driveway pickup tracking rules constitutes a major breach of contract, resulting in immediate permanent profile revocation, forfeiture of safety card holds, and exposure to independent civil recovery actions brought by the listing property owner.

4. Physical Property Lines & Pickup Safety Liabilities

Physical handoffs occur strictly on private residential or commercial properties organized directly between independent participants. Self-Service Auctions assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury, accidental property damage, slips, falls, vehicular collisions, or layout logistical disputes that occur on or around a seller's driveway or pickup venue.

5. Payment Processes & Stripe Connect Handshakes

All online settlement paths, platform deductions (the flat 20% commission model), and invoice processing splits are driven through Stripe's banking network infrastructure. Users agree to abide by all merchant policies, processing requirements, and payment verification loops imposed by Stripe Core Services.

6. Indemnification

By initializing a user profile on this platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Self-Service Auctions, its product operators, and Darr Web Solutions from any and all legal claims, asset losses, tax deficiencies, structural property damages, or legal enforcement penalties arising directly or indirectly out of your marketplace actions.
